BEST OF FASHION WEEK: FALL 2014/2015

Highlighting some of the standout collections from all the Fashion weeks - New York, London, Milan, Paris.
A handful of these collections were very well-thought out & styled, as well as being modern & up-to-date in today's world, which is more and more focused on fast fashion and street style.

No.21
Designed by renowned designer Alessandro Dell'Acqua, the collection was refined & feminine with a casual touch. Even though the pieces were intricate & embellished, they were styled for everyday wear. There was a great mix of slouchy sweaters or pants with sequined & feathered skirts, which made for an easy contrast.

Topshop Unique
Showcasing a range of greys, blue & greens, the collection flowed with consistency with just the right amount of modern sportswear and relaxed styling. Loved how they layered crop tops on top of sheered long sleeve ones, as well as midi skirts over even longer skirts. It was real, believeable and never boring.

Peter Pilotto
The collection was an array of colourful prints, colorful accents and some very serious color blocking. Love the streamlined silhouettes in some of the dresses as well as the binding D ring details on the dresses for a sporty feel. The confetti-like embellishment on the dresses was also very refreshing.
